System composition of welding robots

The complete welding robot system generally consists of the following components: robot manipulator, positioner, controller, welding system (special welding power supply, welding torch, welding gun, etc.), welding sensor, central control computer and corresponding safety equipment.

Depending on the application, the industrial robots are configured with different welding systems and will constitute different welding robot systems.
