A407 stainless steel electrode

A407 is alkaline Cr26Ni21 pure austenitic stainless steel electrode. Deposited metal 900 ~ 1100 ℃ high temperature conditions have excellent oxidation resistance. Using DC reverse, can be full position welding. As the weld is pure austenite, thermal cracking performance is better than the dual-phase structure.

For the same type of heat-resistant stainless steel, stainless steel lining and dissimilar steel welding, welding hardenability can also be used for welding Cr5Mo, Cr9Mo, Cr13 and Cr28 steel.
